As such the pipes will be under pressure and leaks may become apparent. The problem is, at idle, there isnβt always enough pressure to show leaks.

It could have gone down due to a leak in the clutch system OR the brake system. Maybe they did something wrong when doing the clutch . check the pipe joint where it goes on the slave cylinder and the the bleed screw on the slave cylinder to see if any leaks there. Check if master cylinder leaking (up under dashboard).

Have a look at: The three pipes are Vent, Turbo Actuator, Vacuum pump. (Your loose pipe is the vent, as you say.)
Ok The boost pressure control solenoid is actuated by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) according to the input signal received from the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor. The boost pressure control solenoid is located at the rear of the engine block and has 3 vacuum hoses attached to it a 2 pin multiplug
